Marcell Owens

Marcell Owens was raised in the Macedonia section of Linden, Texas, and knew from an early age that he wanted to be a lawyer. Witnessing people with nominal knowledge and resources struggling to navigate the legal field inspired Marcell to pursue a career where he could help people with difficult circumstances.

After gaining his Bachelor’s at Stephen F. Austin State University, Marcell enrolled at Thurgood Marshall School of Law at TSU to begin his career in law. While at Thurgood Marshall School Law, he interned at a variety personal injury firms, where he gained invaluable insight and honed his skills as a legal advocate.

After graduating cum laude from law school and gaining his license in 2015, Marcell began practicing civil litigation at a firm in West Texas. He later joined a local Houston law firm where he handled personal injury matters for three years.

Marcell believes that every client is unique with a unique set of circumstances.

His philosophy as an attorney is to pay attention to the little things, using this to his clients’ advantage. Marcell is passionate about helping his clients move forward in their life with a brighter future. He is grateful for the opportunity to represent individuals from all walks of life, and has successfully recovered millions on behalf of the people he serves.

In his spare time, Marcell enjoys fishing, playing sports, and traveling around the world, experiencing different cultures.
